Today and last class we participated in an "In The Zone"tournament along with the other teams. The event came right after our challenge Monday, so some maintenance had to be done between rounds. The cones were worth 2 points each, and mobile goals could be scored in either the 5, 10, or 20 point zones. Only one goal can be scored in the 20 point zone, with no limit on the others. There is also a highest stack bonus of 5 for the alliance that has the highest stack on the stationary goal and mobile goals in the 5, 10, and 20 point zones. We did well overall, sitting among the top scorers after the dust settled. We'll be looking to improve our robot for the next challenge/tournament after winter break.
